Pull up a chair and poor a cold one. In early 2020, like many of us, the global onset of Covid19 produced sleepless nights worrying about my family and our livelihood. Lawnbrook Estate – a humble local winery with delicious cafe and a handful of impressive drops had kept us busy enough until covid restrictions provided a swift reality check. With limited visitors and no end in sight, my mind ticked over with ways we could save our business. And as the saying goes – when life gives you lemon myrtle – make gin!

THE DISTILLING COMMUNITY
It was during my in-depth research into rigs, trub & gravity that I discovered the vast and accomodating global distilling community. My experience with helpful like-minded and passionate people from across the world stayed with me as the wheels turned yet again. I called my brother in-law and his trusty branding-guru sidekick and after a few conversations over my delicious gin, Just Stillin was born. It’s our mission to provide the global distilling community with quality, well designed gear to express their love for the art! Simply, Just Stillin!
